I will run additional searches to find properties that may have slipped by the MLS system and email them to you in a report. In addition a recent update from from our MLS Realtor Assosociation enables us to activate a direct "Client Portal" that gives you access daily to Save, Reject and Archive properties with your own client account.
In addition to the professional service you expect and will receive as a Century 21 Broker and Realtor, my service does not end when your escrow is closed but continues with my assistance in your relocation until your last box is moved.

Personal
I'm a Grants Pass resident by choice, was born back East, and moved out West at 10 years old. I lived in the SF Bay Area's Marin County. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church, baseball and on & off road motorcycle adventures. After College I moved to the Sacramento Area of Roseburg/Folsom Lake and was a partner in New West Construction Company developing residential and commercial Real Estate. When interest rates hit 17% for new construction financing I moved back to Marin County opened a Retail New Boat Dealership and later became a licensed California Yacht & Ship Broker until moving to Grants Pass in 1997. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with family, hiking or wheeling in our beautiful mountains and fishing on our wonderful Rivers or boating on the SF Bay & Delta Waterways.
